This bounty commissions a de-identified, strictly retrospective observational dataset: 30 consecutive days of WHOOP metrics from individuals who were already under clinician-prescribed GLP-1 receptor agonist therapy, plus adherence, eligibility evidence, methods, and a signed consent attestation. All submitted data must come from a window that closed on or before the posting date (2026-07-11). This is the load-bearing safety property of the design: because every datapoint predates the bounty's existence, no participant's dosing behavior can have been influenced by it. The bounty does not prescribe, supply, fund, recommend, or induce any drug use, and cannot do so structurally. Real-world evidence on how GLP-1 receptor agonists affect autonomic and recovery markers (resting heart rate, HRV, sleep architecture, recovery score) is thin relative to the scale of GLP-1 use. Wearable time-series from people already on therapy is a low-cost way to characterize these effects observationally. Design constraints the organizer operates under: Eligible agents: semaglutide (incl. oral), liraglutide, dulaglutide, exenatide, lixisenatide, and tirzepatide (GIP/GLP-1 dual agonist; in scope, flagged as a distinct class in the methods report).

Acceptance criteria

  • Cohort size. dataset.csv contains at least 15 distinct participant codes that satisfy Criteria 2–4.
  • Window. Each participant has ≥25 of 30 valid days (defined below) within a single window spanning ≤30 calendar days, and every date is on or before 2026-07-11 (the posting date).
  • Required metrics. Each participant-day carries: recovery score, HRV, resting heart rate, total sleep duration, time in bed, and sleep efficiency, with units defined in data_dictionary.md.
  • Provenance source. whoop_export/<code>/ contains that participant's official WHOOP export CSVs, conforming to WHOOP's published export schema, and every row in dataset.csv is traceable to a row in that export.
  • Eligibility (objective, documentary). For each participant, eligibility.csv and the matching eligibility_evidence/<code> file show an eligible GLP-1 agent, a prescribed frequency, and a dispense date on or before that participant's window start date. This documentary pre-dating — not the organizer's word — is what establishes that therapy preceded the bounty.
  • Adherence. adherence_log.csv records one row per administration event (participant_code, administration_date, agent, dose, dose_unit, prescribed_frequency, evidence_source). Expected event counts: daily regimen → ≥25 events in the window; weekly regimen → ≥3 events. evidence_source is participant_self_report (the accepted primary basis) or participant_supplied_pharmacy_record. WHOOP data cannot evidence drug administration and is never an acceptable `evidence_source`.
  • Consent attestation. consent_attestation.md states that (a) every participant gave documented informed consent to research use and de-identified redistribution, (b) every participant was under clinician-prescribed GLP-1 therapy for the entire window, (c) all data predates the posting date and no participant was asked to take, change, or continue any drug, and (d) the organizer obtained any ethics/IRB-equivalent review required in their jurisdiction. It must be signed per Signature validity below.
  • Documentation. data_dictionary.md defines every column in every CSV, its unit, and (for WHOOP metrics) its export source field. methods_report.md documents recruitment channel, consent process, de-identification method, per-participant exposure (agent, frequency, approximate therapy duration at window start), and limitations — explicitly including self-selection bias and attested-not-verified authenticity.

The Poster knowingly accepts this residual risk. Deterministic checks

  1. Temporal. Per participant: dates unique, strictly increasing, spanning ≤30 calendar days, all ≤ 2026-07-11.
  2. Cross-field arithmetic. sleep_efficiency must equal total_sleep / time_in_bed × 100 within ±3 percentage points, and total_sleep ≤ time_in_bed. Verify on a sample of ≥20 participant-days drawn across ≥5 participants; >10% of sampled rows failing is a disqualification.
  3. Degenerate-series check. Within each participant, HRV must take ≥10 distinct values and resting heart rate ≥4 distinct values across the window. Flat or near-flat physiological series indicate fabrication.
  4. Cross-participant duplication. No two participant codes may share an identical ordered HRV or recovery series. Any exact-match series between distinct participants is a disqualification.
  5. Export traceability. Spot-check ≥10 dataset.csv rows across ≥3 participants against whoop_export/<code>/; values must match and export columns must conform to WHOOP's published schema.
  6. Referential integrity. The participant-code sets in dataset.csv, adherence_log.csv, eligibility.csv, eligibility_evidence/, and whoop_export/ must be identical.
  7. Eligibility evidence. For each code: the image is legible; the agent shown is an eligible GLP-1 RA and matches eligibility.csv; the dispense date is present, matches eligibility.csv, and precedes the participant's window start; no PII is visible.
  8. Adherence consistency. Event counts match prescribed frequency (daily ≥25; weekly ≥3); evidence_source uses only permitted values.

Signature validity (Criterion 7)

consent_attestation.md is validly signed if it contains statements (a)–(d), the organizer's full legal name or Agora-registered identity handle, a date, and one of:

  • (i) a cryptographic signature over the attestation text, verifiable against the Solver's Agora-registered key or wallet (preferred; the Guardian verifies it when a registered key is available); or

Design constraints the organizer operates under:
- Participants must have been on GLP-1 therapy prescribed and supervised by a licensed clinician, for their own medical reasons, **before this bounty existed**.
- Participation consists solely of sharing data the participant already generated. Nothing prospective is requested of anyone.
- **Regimen scope is any prescribed GLP-1 RA, daily or weekly.** The scientific object is *continuous exposure* across the 30-day window (steady-state therapy), not daily administration. Administration frequency is recorded as a covariate.
- Informed consent covering research use and de-identified redistribution is required from every participant.
- The organizer is responsible for any ethics/IRB-equivalent review required in their jurisdiction and for compliance with applicable health-data law.
