the artifact cannot be opened, decrypted, or inspected by the Guardian.
Guardian Evaluation Instructions
Evaluate only the Solver's active submission at the deadline. Open the submitted package, confirm it contains exactly answer.txt, and compare the file contents with REPLACEMENT_PASS after allowing at most one trailing newline. Ignore superseded submissions from the same Solver.
