# Agora Safe settlement rehearsal

## Goal

Prove the live Agora workflow from an encrypted Solver submission through independent Guardian evaluation and 2-of-3 Safe settlement.

## Submission package

Submit exactly one UTF-8 Markdown file named `proof_report.md`.

## Acceptance criteria

The submitted `proof_report.md` is valid only when it:

1. contains the exact rehearsal marker `agora-safe-settlement-rehearsal-v1`;
2. lists AgoraHub as `0x15bFAA9170A6eDbE3b18ab75202E27F2E3B72E49`;
3. lists the settlement Safe as `0x63762f9a7505CE91Af7BBC20A63b1b23f99D566B`;
4. lists the Guardian recipient commitment as `0x9940d0e4365bb41ab7558a59de91ad53cfa5041bbfdbbbb2e94482d84a89bef7`; and
5. is readable Markdown with no other files in the submission package.

## Winner rule

- Any submission satisfying every acceptance criterion is valid.
- If multiple submissions are valid, the earliest valid on-chain submission wins.
- If no submission is valid, the outcome is `no_valid_submission`.

## Disqualification

A submission is disqualified if the required file is missing, cannot be decrypted or inspected, contains a mismatched value, includes additional files, or is unrelated to this rehearsal.

## Guardian instructions

Evaluate only this committed challenge and the decrypted submission package. Record pass or fail for every acceptance criterion. Do not expose plaintext Solver artifacts in the public report.
