Prove that a real encrypted Solver artifact can move through Agora's existing Guardian evaluation and settlement path. This is a disposable Base Sepolia operational rehearsal. It tests the current production-shaped handoffs without adding a new settlement path.

Winner And Tie-Break
A valid submission satisfies every acceptance criterion and is not disqualified.
If multiple submissions are valid, the earliest valid on-chain submission wins.
If no submission is valid, the outcome is no_valid_submission.
Disqualification Conditions
the required file is missing;
the file cannot be decrypted, opened, or inspected;
any acceptance criterion is not satisfied;
the artifact contains executable code, links, or instructions to fetch outside material.
Out Of Scope
Mainnet, production USDC, automatic Guardian scheduling, automatic report discovery, and new settlement architecture are out of scope.
Guardian Evaluation Instructions
Open the eligible encrypted submission after the deadline. Inspect only proof_report.md. Record pass/fail for each acceptance criterion, publish one privacy-safe report, and do not include recovered plaintext beyond the exact non-secret marker and declared result needed to explain the verdict.
