proof_report.md exists and is valid UTF-8 Markdown.
It contains the exact marker agora-unattended-settlement-e2e-a-20260802.
It states result: pass on its own line.
It identifies the Solver as 0xf465b2e58d06e35353b861df7a30c8ea8adf79bd.

the file cannot be decrypted, opened, or inspected;
any acceptance criterion is not satisfied;
the artifact contains executable code, links, or instructions to fetch outside material.
Out Of Scope
Mainnet, production USDC, payout claiming, and stalled-transaction recovery are out of scope.

Open the eligible encrypted submission after the deadline. Inspect only proof_report.md. Record pass/fail for each acceptance criterion, publish one privacy-safe report, and do not include recovered plaintext beyond the exact non-secret marker and declared result needed to explain the verdict.
