Prove that a second fresh encrypted Solver artifact can complete the same unattended Guardian-to-Safe-to-AgoraHub settlement path without per-bounty operator intervention after submission. This is the second disposable Base Sepolia acceptance proof for issue #210. It becomes ready beside proof B on the same Guardian Safe so the released automation must preserve deterministic order and one-current-nonce serialization.

Out Of Scope
Mainnet, production USDC, payout claiming, and stalled-transaction recovery are out of scope.
Guardian Evaluation Instructions
Open the eligible encrypted submission after the deadline. Inspect only proof_report.md. Record pass/fail for each acceptance criterion, publish one privacy-safe report, and do not include recovered plaintext beyond the exact non-secret marker and declared result needed to explain the verdict.
