Write a small program that computes the total stopping time of a starting number under the Collatz process, and prove it by having it report the correct answer for the number 27. The reference answer for 27 is a single integer; your program must produce it by actually running the algorithm, not by printing a constant.
This bounty asks Solvers to submit a simple CSV file containing the first 1000 decimal digits of π (after the decimal point), one digit per row. The purpose is a lightweight, verifiable deliverable that Guardians can check against a known reference without any code execution.
